How to Make Disciples with Your Time

How Did Jesus Spend Time Making Disciples? Now Jesus went up the mountain and called for those he wanted, and they came to him. He appointed twelve so that they would be with him, and he could send them to preach. –Mark 3:13-14
In this verse (and elsewhere), we can see three parts (three-thirds) to Jesus' time, each containing a few key ingredients. They are:

• Looking Back: Disciples received CARE, gave a REPORT, and gathered for a clear PURPOSE.
• Looking Up: Jesus taught them His WORD and encouraged questions leading to DISCUSSION. He also showed them how to put it into PRACTICE.
• Looking Ahead: He sent them out with GOALS to preach while exercising FAITH in Him.

While Jesus did many more things, and you can incorporate additional elements into a disciple-making time, these basic ingredients should not be overlooked. They form the backbone of what God uses to put Scripture into action. VIDEOS
